Can you verify/authenticate and appraise a gemstone or diamond piece of jewelry I bought on a cruise or on my vacation? Yes

If I want to return an item I bought on vacation, and the return requires an Independent Gemologist, do you qualify? Yes, advise the staff of your need to return the item so the proper paperwork can be completed on your behalf to allow valid returns.

Can I cover my jewelry for loss or damage?

Yes. Not all jewelry is covered for damage or loss unless you submit a current Jewelry Appraisal for Retail Replacement Value to your home insurance or renters insurance company and ask for a PAF, Personal Article Floater.

What type of items should you have PAF protection for?

Frequently worn items that are at risk of loss or damage, especially Wedding Sets, Diamond Ear Studs and Tennis bracelets. Ear studs that are worn daily have a bad habit of working themselves loose. Some insurance companies say items worth over $2500 and up.

What type of Appraisals do you offer? Retail Replacement Value for Insurance Purposes, Estate Value for Tax Purposes, Probate, Donation and Liquidation, also Damage Reports and Replacement Reports

What do your appraisals include? Full color photo, description, condition of item, and value.

Do you provide Jewelry and Diamond Damage Reports? Yes, for individuals, retail establishments and insurance companies.

Do you have a traveling gem lab and will complete estate appraisals for banking and wealth management institutions & trust attorneys on location? Yes, throughout Texas. Call for pricing and availability.

Will you attend group meetings or company functions to provide fun, informative presentations and activities such as Antique Roadshow? Yes, throughout Texas.

Will you serve as an Expert Witness if needed? Yes.
